the doctor that made the diagnosis should have told you what your options are. Basically there are two ways to deal with an aneurysm....medications to lower blood pressure and hope the aneurysm doesnt blow, or surgery to repair it.

Aortic Valvuloplasty is a temporary repair of the aortic valve. Though it gives immediate relief problems may recur within 18 months. Long term palliation is possible only with aortic valve replacement. This is an open heart surgery requiring the person to be on heart-lung bypass during the procedure. Depending on the age of the patient, the surgeon may use a tissue valve (Bioprosthesis) or a mechanical valve. The tissue valve has a typical life of about 10 years. A mechanical valve has a life of 40 years or even more. In older (>50 years more likely >75 years) patients mechanical valves are generally avoided. The reason is that tissue valves do not require the patient to take blood thinning medicines daily lifelong. The disadvantage is that tissue valves tend to calcify. Single valve replacement surgery carries a 4% risk. It may involve a hospital stay of up to 10 days. Post operatively, it is advisable not to strain the chest valve by any exertion that may affect the healing of the sternum closure. One should also avoid infection, which tend to lodge on the foreign surface of the implant. There will be a great improvement in the quality of life after the surgery. There can be some psychological changes like a person becoming more extrovert.

Yeah, they can sew a fiberglass patch on them,if you can stand the surgery.Hey but having a aneurysm is the best way to go.You won't know that you are dead, thats how fast.
Alot of people spend money for surgery, then die screaming from cancer.
