Has anyone ever had a back problem that caused numbness in the leg and toe and thigh burning sensation and buzzing sensation in the genitals?

I have taken anti inflammatories for it which seem to help but not fast enough I supposedly injured my back in December of 2006 went to physical theapy and was feeling better in the first few weeks until the therapist put me on a rowing bike and I felt something pinch in my upper back and then I started having problems with the numbness and stuff. I have been able to do nothing but lay around because it also affects the nerves in my foot and I was not even able to sit on my right cheek, not alot of pain just numbness and tingling. I couldn't even walk because of it although I am starting to feel better now. But only after tons and tons of anti inflammatories.

This could be a pinched nerve in the back. It certainly sounds like it from your description. Obviously you need to get some help. I recommend you see a chiropractor as they can relieve the pain very quickly. I've enclosed a link where you can find a qualified chiropractor in your area in the USA.

That sounds pretty severe, you should see a doctor ASAP. I had a similiar issue when I was working out. I must have pulled a muscle because my leg was numb for a few days, but then began to hurt. It might be that you pulled something, but definitly get it checked out.

You need to see your physician. It could be a pinched or compressed nerve root in your lower spine. Nerves from the spinal chord travel down your hip, leg and toes. They will probably order an MRI on your lower spine.
