panecillo would be roll or bun...actually a bollo would be a loaf of bread...much bigger in size

bollo ..... would be bun in Spanish , panecillo is another close description..
Their is not a way to directly translate dinner roll.
Pronounce the two "ll" s with a "Y" sound.

I agree with "queen";

"panecillo" or "pan" or "panes" is more international and widely accepted. "Bollo" can have other meanings, at least in Colombia ;-)
