Take the container, go into the bathroom or private area, open the container, urinate in the container, seal the container,l eave the bathroom and give the sample to the collection nurse or clerk.
Simple...what's the big deal?

Depends why you are worried. If its drugs, gnc sells a product that resembles gatorade and will clean you out for about 8 to 10 hour windows. If its dna you are worried about them getting, use synthetic urine and a device(sold on the internet)to make sure it stays at the right temperature.Good luck to you.

I stayed up all night studying for my urine test.....it didn't help.

Don't do drugs-you will pass all drug tests using this method.
