I'm 16 yrs old, and 5'6. I weigh about 145lbs. To me, that sounds huge, but I do workout rather often, and I've heard muscle weighs more than fat. I also eat rather healthy, but I probably do eat a little too much every couple of days. So am I fat??

Do you think you look fat? You say you work out, which probably means that you are firm and not flabby. Pounds aren't the only way to determine if you're in shape. If you eat healthy, feel strong and have decent stamina, do cardio exercise, your BMI is within a healthy range, that's what counts, not the number on the scale.
