This is the typical mormon mindset: Only do business with OTHER mormons. This was one of the primary reasons they were run out of Missouri in the 1800's: they created economic hardships on the neighboring farms by refusing to trade with non-mormons. A mormon land-grab of failed farms ensued.
Plus J Smith had some wild bank schemes that were totally illegal and failed anyway. Oh, let's not forget Smiths 'marriges' to several teenage girls.

Well, I'm sure there must be. I live in Omaha myself. There are Mormon run businesses everywhere you go.

Chances are, in most any city there's bound to be some business that's owned by a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
In my hometown in California I can think of a local mechanic, a chiropractor, a dentist, a pizza place, a pest-control business, an appliance shop...well you get the idea.

I'm sure there are, especially since there is a temple in Omaha, since that is where Winter Quarters was.
