at thirteen, her weight has only begun to fluctuate, she isn't finished growing yet. She needs to be much more concerned with developing good health habits at this time in her life, habits that will stay with her all her life. Things like an hour of physical activity every day, eating a balanced diet and staying away from candy and fast food. The nice thing about these habits...they will help to normalize her weight.

i use to be like that when i was little. so this is what i did.
first i started to eat little amounts of food every hour so you won't starve yourself and eat alot at the end. and started to exercise more often [ex. ab curls, crunches, running at least 2 miles a day.] and i AMAZINGLY lost 5lbs slowly each 2 weeks. i still do that and i'm still healthy.
