Keep the areas where you get the prickly heat dry of moisture, Apply Mexana Heat Powder liberally. It is OTC, and it is specially formulated to help dry moist areas. Using Sun Oil is ok., AFTER applying the Mexana. Watch the sun oil or sun cream SPF factor, no matter what tone your skin may have.

Probably not, as the oil will block your pores, cook your skin and be worse. I get prickly heat myself when I use any tanning / sun protection for longer than a few hours. I find using a light lotion, with a very high factor and rinsing it off after a few hours helps. When I've washed it off, I then make sure my skin is covered with light, cotton, fabrics. It's a pain, but what's the alternative?!

No, you'll cook your skin with oil. Use a better quality cream and check to see if you may be allergic to what you're currently using.

no , you need to make sure you shave the night before try not to scrub the skin to hard and make sure that there all natural , you might be just getting a razor burn because you apply it to open pores.. or eritated pores because you opened them in some kind of warmth like a shower , hot tub etc.. or sensitive to the perfumes in the lotion or oil.do not apply on open pores or recently shaved areas"
