my idealistic answer would be, i have a few, so why can't she? but really, all people notice it and it's preferable to not have them. It's not a turn off, but a completely clear and radiant face is a turn on

Treat them with an alcohol wipe, like stridex, it'll keep them from growing much. I never noticed zits much, I was more interested in the girl.

Acne happens and men tend to notice the embarrasment of it (and the attempts to hide it) more than that actual zit.
Simply act confident and no one will care about acne as we all get it.

zits happen to most everyone at one time or another, So I dont think its a big deal.
