who used the employee restroom and you walked in tosee a GIANT pube on the toilet would you say something?
We are the only two women and I know its not mine, and we are responsible for cleaning it.
My question is this: Should I not say anything and go about my day or tell her to groom or wipe off the seat?

Wipe the seat!? Put that little sucker right on her desk with a note stating that if it happens again you will shove it down her throat!

Are you serious? Stop whinning like a baby...surely your co-worker isn't leaving pubic hair on the toilet seat just for you? Or does she just hate you that much? It is not like she is on her period and left blood all over the seat or left a pile of crap in the toilet. This was probably an accident, if you notice some sort of pattern with her leaving pubic hair all over the place then maybe mention it, until then I would save both you and her the embarrassment. And unless you think she did this on purpose I would suggest not mentioning it. What do you have to gain by bringing it up? If she has mistreated you in the past, then go ahead now it's time to get her back...but if you are just bringing it up to be rude, then remember karma is a ***** and I hope you're not walking down the hall with toilet paper streaming out of your pants one day, because she will be giggling to herself!
and lol@whoever suggested gluing it under your nose. That made me chuckle.

An accidental pube she didn't notice is a lot different than leaving a big turd without flushing. I'm not even going to think about the "giant" part of it, lol.
I would let it go this one time, and if it happens again then I would mention it as politely as possible.

It's gross but she probably didnt notice it or she would have cleaned it herself- its not like she would want to be embarrased by having you find it. I don't think you should say anything unless it happens repeatedly, I'm sure it was just an accident and how she chooses to groom herself isn't really any of your business.

I would let it pass the first time, but if it happened again, I would talk about keeping it clean for both of us
