Teeth Pulling?

What are painless ways to pull out teeth? I have 3-4 weeks to do it, but I have a pallette expander, so its going to be harder. (or else i get it pulled :[ )

my sister was horable
i took my coaches advice and drank pineapple juice 12 oz a day for 10 days. i had no problem.
my mom said she felt bad the first day and after that ok.
