this guy just texted me and he's asked me out a couple of times and i've said to him I didn't want a boyfriend right now. we're friends. i don't want to go out with him but he's never asked me in person or never when he can hear my voice so i know he's really shy about it.

I feel really, really, REALLY bad...what do I say? I need help!

Tell him you just want to be friends. Don't lead him on. If you don't like him like that he needs to get the hint. If you lead him on it can be super bad for both of you in the long run.

simply tell him hes a nice guy and a great careing friend but your not ready for a relationship, maybe because you have been hurt before. Tell him you need some time- dont panic

Let him know that you have told him more than once that you are not interested and that you would like to remain friends with him but that's all. You don't have to be rude or mean just get your point across.

just be true to yourself. if u wanna go out with him then just do it, but if u dont then just tell him how u really feel! honesty is the best way to handle this situation. tell him the truth and do wat u really wanna do! hope this helps!
