It's Spanish with an emphasis on the Mexican version. And the word is "como" not "coma".

Rubia refers to a white person (female), usually a blonde.
Como anda? means "how is it going?"

A slang version to the last one that came out of Southern California is "Que onda?" which means "How's the wave?"
