Try Vanilla patches.
There was a study done years ago, where people who were dieting were given Vanilla patches to help to relieve their cravings. Apparently smelling the vanilla patch (which most wore on a wrist) took away the cravings for food in between meals.
As a very good side effect, it also proved very good at relieving cravings for chocolate specifically. Some of the people wearing the patch were confirmed chocoholics. They found themselves eating much less chocolate, because they just did not crave it, while wearing the vanilla patch.
Since vanilla patches aren't usually available to buy from the pharmacy, I would pick up some small fabric bandages, and a bottle of vanilla essential oil. Then you would soak the pad of the bandage with the essential oil and affix it to your arm above your wrist.

Take some healthy snacks between meals like an apple or some thing like that or maybe nuts its really helpful, drink alot of water as well if you think you take less energy than you are consuming then i guess u might want to consider your diet to be healthier anyway i guess you were eating normally then suddenly
started that diet you should take it slowly just to make your body get used for it anyway my main view is healthy snacks(fruit , nuts, yogurt...) with alot of water

You need more fiber in your diet. Try Quaker Oats Weight Control Oatmeal in the morning. It helps control my hunger. I always have a mid morning snack of fruit and then I do my Lean Cuisine for lunch. After that I try to get a mid afternoon snack in of veggies and then whatever healthy meat (i.e. turkey/fish/chicken) for dinner with more veggies. Fiber is what makes feel full, so plenty of fiber enriched foods: green veggies, whole wheat bread, etc. Good luck!!

I have the same problem. It's ok to eat throughout the day though. Just as long as you aren't consuming exsessive calories. I tried the no-carb thing once. I couldn't stick to it and it didn't help me lose weight, but I DID feel less hungry. I think it's because I cut out all sugars. Try cutting back on sugar - see if it helps.
You seem to be eating pretty healthy though, so don't worry about it too much.

Eat a bigger breakfast, drink plenty of water during the day, try to eat salads before dinner and have vegetables with dinner and lunch. Eat things with more protein.

Eat a much bigger breakfast. And increase your other portions, those are way to small or supplement with a protein shake.

either eat bigger portions or eat more protein. drink plenty of water, too. sometimes you feel hungry, but are really thirsty. it's called "false hunger". drink something and wait 5 minutes. if the hunger returns, eat something.
