For me, all the points that you've mentioned above will tickles except feather on feet. My feet is not ticklish at all.

It all depends on the person being tickled and their most ticklish places.

Most people are very sensitive in their feet and under their airpits. For me, gentle use of fingernails tickles me a lot more than a feather but for others, feathers are more effective.

If you rub baby oil over the skin, the tickling is even more effective!

It all depends upon the individual. Each person has his or her own zones where they are more touch sensitive therefore would be more ticklish
