Okay, I’ve asked this question before. But I’ll recap, a child I know was being raped by his father. And his mother was allowing this to happen, to suck money from the father. Long story short, they moved to Houston after hurricane Katrina, and the father comes to visit off and on.
Now they’re living in two places. They go down there trying to rebuild their home. Thing is I don’t have an address in New Orleans. I only have the Houston address, what can I do? Because they do live in both locations off and on.
I have insomnia every night worrying about his well being. And when I do fall asleep I have horrible nightmares.
My question is, simple which police department do I report it to? NOPD or HPD?
Also, does anyone know if I can do an on-line search to find a current address. This secret is destroying me slowly. Please, any help or advice I will be forever grateful.

I would call the HPD and leave it up to them to track the family down. Then check in with them periodically to find out what is going on. I would not do it anonymously in case they need more information later.

As long as this is a serious question and someone is not joking around. Remember if you make false accusations about someone the law will come after you.. You need to contact Houston's local Police Department, give them all the information you have on this family, once they get their name they will find them remember where ever they lived in Houston they had to leave some information behind to the landlord there....good luck and act on this fast ...

Report it to BOTH police departments.
Report it to the child protective services in both states.
If you have the phone number, do a "reverse look-up" on the Internet to see if they are listed with an address.
If you know which school the kid goes to, report it to them.
If the kid is old enough to write to you, have him write to you about it and then you have some evidence to give to the authorities (keep a copy - the original if you can).
If you find out who the kid's physician is, report it to the physician as well.
On top of all this, get yourself some counseling so you can live through this.

contact all police departments and you will eventually get the right one just give their names and descriptions and also contact all the social services in that state in all counties......good luck you all are in my prayers you may also go to the post office where she lived and tell them that your sister gave a forwarding address from the address she moved from if you have it and tell them you need to contact her or send the letter to her you can always put a blank piece of paper in an envelope and stamp on it and her name and the address you have and see what the post office tells you

The individual pronouncing to get your daughter on anti-depressants is WRONG!!! Doctors may not prescribe them to a couple one so younger, initially. Second, they are able to be a nightmare!!! I had been on them for five months and feature been hospitalized 3 occasions in view that of them!!! I noticed such a lot of men and women, younger and historical, who had been entirely tousled on those horrible medicines! There are such a lot of different choices!

Talk to a therapist before doing anything, get their advice on what you should do and how you should do it.....you could make things worse for the family if you don't know what you are doing.
