in case you purchase an total turkey you get both - the chicken is the breast, wings and lower back the darkish is the drumsticks and thigh. The darkish meat is richer and has better flavor the white is dryer and needs better gravy. darkish-fattier/White a lot less fat. wish that clears issues up and facilitates you come back to a call.
