U can mind ur own business and pray that u never end up in a situation where u r between a rock and a hard place like this guy probably is. I CANNOT imagine why anyone would want to go to the US to live. Things MUST be extremely BAD where they are from to make them want to do it. Do u understand that not all people who come to AMerica actually want to do it but because of financial reason mainly, they HAVE to. Can u imagine what it is like for some of them to have to leave their kids, family, and culture behind to come to a country where they are absolutely hated! It must be a tough decision and if u could just come off ur high horse and put urself in someones else's shoes then u might understand. If ur sister doesnt want to marry him then thats fine. But leave the guy alone!! There is not need for u to get immigration involved. U dont know what u r sending him back to Peru to.

U americans are soo far up ur own asses it just amazes me.

hi, as a citizen it is not your (criminal) duty to record unlawful aliens. it is the duty of the government and its companies to ward off unlawful get entry to into your us of a. besides the undeniable fact that, all of us be attentive to how ordinary that's for human beings to get into the country (each and every so often particularly legally, say on a trip visa) and then stay to artwork (regularly on the 'black' industry) and stay for long classes. even with the certainty that it is not your duty it may well be of earnings to the over-labored immigration government to get information approximately unlawful aliens. So...it is as much as you and your ethical experience. Illegals DO incorporate an important ingredient of 'earnings hand' artwork, regularly at costs no criminal worker might settle for, so a cosequence of removing ALL illegals could, and might, bring about regularly larger expenses for some commodities. on an identical time many criminal voters are prevented from getting artwork, entirely because of the fact the unlawful faction is prepared to do it extra low-priced, so there's a very genuine value to the country of offering the hated 'welfare' for such human beings. As I reported...it is as much as you and your ethical experience, in case you sense strongly one way or the different persist with your coronary heart. check out the placement intently, there might nicely be many human beings laid low with an arrest and deportation, not continually only the 'unlawful', yet each and every so often criminal voters, who might then might desire to pay extra for an identical provider (including, for example, new child care) and may well be heavily financially affected. look interior your coronary heart and pass with what you think of is sturdy. There are not any black and white regulations (it is not a racist remark!) and each difficulty is diverse and extremely own to the affected human beings. sturdy luck in making the best selection

First off, let him know that marriage won't help save him. I am married to an illegal alien. We have been going through paperwork for years and now he is being deported. If your sister truly loves him, she will fight for him. But let both know that it is hard work and can cause ALOT of heartache. I wouldn't wish for for I am going through on even the worst of my enemies.

Contact the INS and report him for trying to gain citizenship thru a fraudulent marriage. They will post his name and picture if they have it at the local courthouses so that he can't get a marriage license.

How do you mind your business ? By staying out of other people's affairs like you should be doing.Chances are your sister doesn't want any of your "rescuing".Do you have any proof that he is using her ? Make sure you have some because he could sue you for defamation of character.
