EDIT: Sorry, I had version 4.2 something. I no have version 4.32 and it still happens. This happens when it is not on "automatic speed control" and also when it is, however when automatic speed control is on it goes to 100% for about 2 seconds then goes to the automatic values. At first I didnt relise 'automatic speed control' was on and it is now but I find it really annoying that it does that. Sorry if this is written very confusingly.

Upgrade to the newest version of SpeedFan (4.32).
