Be sure to get up whenever you can and stretch your muscles. If you are at a job where you cannot get up, then do some arm and leg stretches. If you are allowed drinks at your desk, coffee or other caffeinated drinks help of course, but even drinking cold water will help refresh you for a bit.

Try singing or humming. That forces more use of oxygen in the lungs. Just hope you don't annoy anyone with it. Even good singing can be annoying if it's someone else's while you're trying to work.

exercise to give you energy

caffeine will help, but getting up every hour or so and walking around...just a trip to the restroom will help. If you can, a quick trip outside will help clear your mind.
