Is it true/false that there is a quota of people to pass or fail each day. Does an examiner know how many tests you have already taken when you start your test with him/her.

There are no quotas operated - it is entirely standards-based

I passed first try in a 'pimped' motor after 5 lessons, so I'd have to say no.

No it's a myth.

If you are good enough, you will pass.

If you aren't, you will fail.

Quite simple, really...
