I know a couple of them and they're very blessed in their ministries. God wants people who are willing to serve Him, be it men and/or women.

To those who DONT beleive women should preach it also says there is neither male or female somewhere in Galations and the gifts of God are without repentence. Romans. You are looking at it from a legalistic view. Women should not just sit and do nothng with the gifts God gave them. We are to be faithful with all He has given us. f you are called to the ministry that is great! Just Like men you must be accountable seek (mature Christians that) can speak into your life and encourage you and help you along. and a lover of God. be transparent and real with them so they can cover you. It is allways good whether male/female preacher to have a prayer covering. Your personal life must reflect the scriptures because people are allways watching you like a mentor and you dont want to bring reproach to the Lord. I am not saying you must be perfect that would be impossible but the things and personal character that reflect who Jesus is. Becuase of personal human weakness or moral failure there are so many preachers falling and failing from thier calling because thier personal lives are not in order. Ministry for Christ is a honor and privilidge and should not be taken lightly. I think it is alwsome! I am also called to this is well. i wish you well :)

Women should not be in a position of authority over a man, which means that they should not be preachers. They may teach men but preaching is the work of men of God, not women of God.

I think women would do a fine job preaching, I just don't agree with the teachings itself. The founder of the theosophical Sociality was a woman Madame Blavatsky.

I disagree with all preachers, so it wouldn't bother me any more if that preacher was a woman. I can't believe in a God that said only men couldlead worship of him.

Women should not have teaching authority in the Church in an OFFICIAL capacity (as a minister or priest). This is the tradition approved by God Himself. This is why He sent a Son to earth (Jesus Christ) and not a daughter.
God exalted and honored women by allowing them to be mothers. In this way, they are actually some of the greatest teachers out there.

Call me what you want. I think the apostle Paul was on target when he said that a woman should be quiet in church, and if she asks a question, she should ask her husband at home. Not because I think one gender is better than the other, but because that's just how God ordered things. Children answer to their parents, wives answer to their husbands, men answer to God.
Part of my belief on this, however, might come from the fact that I had a woman pastor once, and things didn't go well for that church.

in the new testament there was Anna the prophetess ( prophet means preacher) so as long as they preach the truth they are OK with me.

Anyone who preaches that the god of the old testament is omnipotent, omniscient, holy or loving is spiritually bankrupt and I wouldn't waste a minute listening to their mindless pratter regardless of their sex. Only people who listen to the voice of the Spirit of truth are worth lisening to.

The women have to keep silent in church according to the Bible. That would make their preach very relaxing I guess...
