To some of you who say they burn our flags, I personally never seen it happen, but yeah i'm sure some do, but quit making it sound like they ALL do.I don't think the murders and child molesters, ect. should be here illegal or not, but for the hard working honest ones with or without families should be able to stay.

We, as people, need to "love thy neighbor". The government, on the other hand, needs to enforce the law. If they are illegal, it is a legal matter, not a personal one.
The people cannot do anything individually about illegal immigration. The government must do it. It, therefore, is not a matter of if we "read the bible", it is the governments responsibility to control immigration.

I have read the bible, especially the parts where it says women should wear head coverings, that men should have short hair, that men can have more women than just their wives, that you can sell your daughter into slavery, stone to death disobedient children, and not eat certain foods that i see posted in church bulletens all the time. I also read the parts where "god" is telling the jews to attack all of these people and take their lands as their own. So if you are trying to use the bible as a moral guide as to what to do to other people, then we should all be at war. And as to illegals, you should get them out of our country by any means possible that is within the laws that we have today.

In the U.S. the church and State are separated. Fortunately, we live in a country that does not follow everything that is stated in the bible. EYE FOR AN EYE, ha ha ha. What are we supposed to do, travel to Mexico, Cuba, Afganistan, China, Russia and deplete their social security system? Wait a minute, they don't have one. Gain entry into their country drink and drive and kill people and expect amnesty plus a quick ticket home, travel to Mexico and expect them to spend billionsteaching their educators English so they can educate my English Speaking children, Take my parents to Europe or China and get free medical treatment for them and then get their doctors to write a quick request to their Immigration Office to permit the rest of the family to gain entry w/out docs so they can visit the sick relatives and never leave.
Good luck with the bible. I follow the U.S. constitution and it's amendments and laws created as a result of the same.

In Gods eye I would believe that we are all created equal..but we are govern by laws and the church and states is separate and for this very reason that you ask this question. You cannot ask a Law question and then expect us to answer "in Gods eyes" it just doesn't work.

Render to Ceasars what is Ceasars, Render unto Gods what is Gods. If the law of the land is so, we have to abide by them. And not help people break them. That doesn't mean we should hurt them, but have our behavior reflect our laws. You can Love your neighbor and be ok at him going to prison for doing wrong. Love your neighbor does not mean that you have to let your neighbor get away with breaking the law. Unless a person is going to be tourtured, murdered or destroyed by going back. We should force them to go back.

Depends on what you mean by treating them poorly. I don't think God expects us to cheerfully give more than we can afford to millions of demanding invaders. Why does no one ever ask what God expects from illegals? Are you going to gripe at God for not letting everybody into heaven? It wouldn't be heaven any more if anyone with any attitude could come in just because their relatives are there and hell is too hot. People have to follow the rules (and wait their turn!) to get in there, you know. Don't think for a minute that I am comparing the US to heaven (far from it), but I believe that God understands reasonable rules and limits. Our immigration laws are not as tough as the ones in most other countries.

Obviously you haven't noticed that illegals seem to have more rights than Americans. I know illegal immigrants and they are really nice and work really hard. However, they are still breaking the law. They are stealing American SS#'s which could really ruin someones identity. No one should be treated poorly. Enforcing our laws and wanting to protect the rights of Americans is not treating immigrants poorly. I'm curious to know your opinion of the 2 border patrol agents and sheriff deputy that are in federal prison for doing their job. That is being treated poorly.

It says nothing about people who broke the laws of countries to take subsidized education and services belonging to other people, does it? And it does say to obey the laws.
The aliens in the Bible were not illegal aliens. We are good to our legal immigrants.
