This goes from a Mexican to all of Americans with much respect?

Why a lot of americans prefer to asian people like vietnamesse, thailand etc, if most of this people does what americans complain about mexicans, come here, take jobs, i dont mean nasty hard jobs, no, they want to be in the best places of america, they are consumated social climbers, and asian girls even act like if they were better than american girls, treat the american men like if they were their dogs,the boys think they are smarter and if you look on magazines, TV, now asians are taking over the shows, comercials, agency models, they are pushing aside to the americans,I understand when you complain about delinquents, but not all of us are like that. I just wonder why you complain so much about mexicans that work just like the asians and they are foreigners too. I hope somebody can explain me. Thank you.

I think we assume we know your people and we do not and for some reason we think the asian people are highly cultured which is not totaly true in short I think most of just go by what has been said by our parents in the past and stick with it

I will give it a try! The Asian people you speak of come over with papers and many Mexicans do not come with papers. Or should I say legally: it is not all Mexicans we have problems with only the illegals. But we can not tell the difference by looking at them. We know Asians are here legally, they have to many check points to go through to get here. In some cases Asian girls are better than American girls: and both will treat you like dirt if you give them the chance to do it. Plus we do not see to many of them if we stay out of their areas. But Mexicans we could be thinking people that are from Latenteno America are Mexican which they are not, this just makes your Numbers look larger than they truly are.

I am in a very diverse area right now. I swear there's a representation of every country just in the local mall. I come across them all daily no matter where I go and what I do.....from the grocery store, to the Dr's office, to having my hair cut. I have NEVER had an Asian guy flip me off and grab their crotch. I have never been afraid to go into a store because there were a group of them hanging out at the door making comments and lewd gestures as customers walk by. Maybe I haven't lived in an area to experience the worst of the worst.....but I don't see behavior like that. I have worked with Asians pulling dead chickens and doing other unsavory work that a person like me shouldn't supposidly be doing. They have never once been disrespectful. Now what goes through their mind or what they are like on their own time.....I don't know. All I know is there are some things left in the shadows. Maybe they should be more feared and maybe that's why their governments restrict everything....I don't know. All I know for sure is what I see.......call me nieve.....I don't care. All I know is right now, at this point in time.....I'm more afraid going into a Mexican neighborhood than I am in any other.

Perhaps we live in totally different places. I live in Texas and Asians are not considered better than Mexicans. Both are immigrants. It's just that Mexicans are way more abundant. Consider the Middle Easterners also. Try renting a local hotel not owned by someone from the middle east. Get a taxi cab and understand what the guy is saying. Find a tractor trailer that is not driven by a Mexican or middle easterner. Go to the shopping malls and buy a gold chain or charm for your other half that was not owned by someone from india. Collection agents,and bank personnel are also predominantly from the middle east. Continue to give them F-1 visa and they will continue to stay in the U.S.

Asians, not where I am living. But I guess they are there. Go to Florida and deal with someone other than Cubans and if you do, play the lottery that day, You are lucky. They are coming in by the thousands through our landports and claiming pol. asylum. If they make it to the land port, they are in. Paroled for 1 yr and they they qualify for adjustment of status. It's all a bunch of crap. These people can visit Cuba whenever they want and they are not persecuted for leaving by the Cuban Gov. In fact they are welcomed.

So when you say "Americans" do you really mean "white people"? Because those Asians you're talking about above are Americans, too.

I don't care if someone is Asian, Hispanic, African, Indian, WHATEVER. If they are coming here and going through the system the way it's meant to be done, then that says to me that they are willing to learn how things are done in this country and participate and contribute to our society.

If someone wants to come here legally and do the nasty jobs, well okay then. If they want to come here legally and work for a big company and design a great new product, even better. Because both of those people are working to be Americans, or have already become Americans.

If you want to come here illegally and do some nasty job (no matter where you came from), I still don't want you here. You're not paying taxes. You don't know how our society works. You're not contributing in any way except to do your nasty job.

Figure it out! We don't want foreigners to come here and live on our land and complain about how we do things. We want people who are willing to become Americans and help us make our country grow.

I, for one, do not prefer Asian people to Mexicans. I have now, or have had friends from both races. By the same token, I prefer that they ALL be here legally. I NEVER complain about Mexicans, or Asians, or Blacks because of their races. I will complain about them about anything that I think they are doing that is not legal or it may be legal, in some situations but not totally correct. I also complain about caucasians for the same things. I'm sure there are many other Americans out there that do the same as I.

Hmmm.. I 've never had a problem with Asains. However, there are MANY ILLEGAL mexicans in our country that steal SS#'s, do not pay taxes, use our hospitals and can't pay the bills, and expect Americans to learn spanish. Asians usually speak english and are here legally. It's much harder for them to swim across an Ocean than it is for Mexicans to cross the border or swim the Rio Grande. I don't see the Asain invasion you're talking about on TV..maybe it's only on the channels you watch and in the magazines you read. In regard to Asian girls treating men like slaves..I've heard a lot worse about Mexican men.

You say not all Mexicans are delinquents, but you talk like all asians are alike....you are generalizing a whole culture, too!!!

Anywho, I agree with most of the answers here - it's not Mexicans, it's ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS!!!!

We have laws in America, and proud Americans should be pissed when others come into our country illegally. Wait for your turn just like all of the other LEGAL immigrants do. We (most of us, at least) will then accept you with open arms.

Most Asians are here legally. They want to become citizens.
They are proud to learn English. So much is being done for Mexicans, while most Asians ask for nothing. There is a library in my town that caters to Mexican books. But there are none in Vietnamese. Why is this fair? No one is saying you can't migrate here, just do it legally.

The bottom line is that most folks don't have a problem with Mexicans, or Asians or any other race, regarding this issue.

The problem we have is with criminals.

Anyone who enters this country illegally is a criminal. It doesn't matter if they are Mexican, Asian, Indian, African, European or any other nationality.

What's more is that these criminals are marching in the streets and our police are doing NOTHING about it. Well, except protecting them from the law-abiding citizens.

Follow the laws and there are no problems.

Hello, it's not that we don't like all Mexicans it is the fact that they come here illegally, get fake ids and take advantage of benefits they do not deserve! They don't defend our country and are causing a huge financial burden on our country. They won't learn English, but expect us to speak Spanish. They do not come here to be Americans, they come here to take advantage of what we have and send it all back to Mexico. Why should I have to know Spanish to get a job in my own country??? We have plenty of other immigrants, but they all learn English!!! I know most Mexicans are willing to take jobs Americans don't want, but it doesn't matter if you are here illegally!!! I feel if you would all fight against your own crooked government, you could then have the same advantages in YOUR country as we do in ours! Yes we have other immigrants coming in our country, but they do it by the law! As soon as one of you Mexicans steps over the border, you are a criminal, because you are here illegally!!! My opinion apples to any illegal immigrant as well!

How would you feel if Americans were filling up your country illegally and you had to know English to get a job, because we wouldn't learn Spanish and if we did your schools had to teach us Spanish for free and had to teach our children for free, had hospitals closing because we didn't pay our hospital bills? What if most of the money we made there we sent back to America to bring more of us over illegally? You wouldn't like it any more than we do! Shoot, you people even come here and open stores with the signs only in Spanish! How rude!
