To make pizza properly on a gas grill, you will need a pizza stone. They are not that expensive ($10-$20). Place the stone on the grill and light up the burners with the cover closed until the internal temp reaches 400 degrees F. Place the prepared pizza on the stone and close cover again. The pizza should be cooked in around 12-15 minutes depending how many toppings you use. Without the stone, the dough will MOST DEFINITELY burn!! Trust me.

very simple...

Have all of your ingredients ready

I do recommend that you only use 2 or 3 toppings, besides the sauce and cheese.

1. Turn on the grill to med-high.
2. Roll out your dough and oil one side.
3. Place oiled sided down and grill about 2 or 3 minutes - check to make sure it doesn't burn.
4. Take off the grill and place toppings on the grilled side.
5. Place back on grill for a few more minutes - to cook the other side and melt the cheese.

Done.

You can even make a bbq chicken pizza using bbq sauce instead of tomato sauce and cooked slices of chicken and red onions, and cheese of course.
