I've tried dozens of recipes off the net.
I can't seem to find anything that comes close to emulating the teriyaki sauces I've tried in Japan or in the better Japanese restaurants.

Does anyone have a recipe for authentic teriayki sauce?
Not the kind that's been adapted for American masses.

thanks.

Quella, that's decidedly nonsense.
Where's the mirin?
Where's the sake?
And the other ingredients?

Don't spam, unless you really are that stupid please.
