My friend made it through basic and AIT but then before he was transferred to his unit he went to his commanding officers and told them about his gambling problems and how he needed to get help right away.. They didnt do anything at first so his family contacted red cross and the red cross contacted the military and he got a 10 day leave before going to his unit... He never made it back to the army. He was been gone for two years and he went to GA for his gambling help and he searched for god and found help there... It has been 2 years AWOL and he has gotten pulled over by the cops once for a speeding ticket and went to court... He has a good job where they run a background check on him... Hes bought a house and a new car... All of this while he was AWOL... And now that hes gotten the help he has saved up money for his family while hes gone he wants to know what happens now with the AWOL and why they havent hunted him down or arrested him when he was pulled over or bought a house????

OMG...do you have some kind of f***ing OCD problem? What is with the same question over and over and over.

Your "friend" doesn't exist. You're the yellow belly coward who deserted 2 years ago. This is your cry for help to have someone turn you in....fine. Give me your phone number, address and SSN and I'll turn your *** in.

traffic violations do not warrent a search of military awol records. neather does buying a house or employment back ground checks. THis is not Nazi germany or the Soviet Union, beleive it or not, the goverment is not tracking your every move. The Military is in no hurry to find him, they will, they always do, and he will go to military prison, Unless he was dishonorably discharged. His Gambling problem is a lame excuse for sure. Now if he has truly found the Lord, then He will do what is right, and quit running, and turn himself in, things will be a lot easier, God would never tell him not to own up for his actions, We may not like that, but that is why he is God,and where not. So tell him to be a Man, be a Real Believer by doing what he knows he should do, and face up to his actions. God works all to the best for those who follow him, it may be rough for a while, but things work out.

The best thing for him to do is turn himself in. He might get sent to Levenworth but the chances are that they'll just dishonorably discharge him. I know a couple of guys who went AWOL and that's all they got. But then again, they weren't gone for 2 years.

Funnier and creepy but is that he was once placing on a MI State troupers Uniform and pulling over men and women for amusing.....Yea he was once too busy with extra principal matters than to serve. Cons carry up draft dodging for the final corrupt conflict and don't incorporate every person.....

This whole story is BULLSH#T! Every graduating recruit gets 10 days of leave after bootcamp so your story starts with one very BIG hole.
