for a grown male, it takes 1700 calories to live (he would burn them if he stayed in bed and didnt more all day. moving requires energy so the fats are burnt up that way. they are a slow release energy.

Well just because its fat it doesn't mean that it will make you fat. When it comes down to it, everything we eat is digested into simple sugars and unused energy is stored as fat in the body. Youre gonna burn calories even if you don't exercise but it is healthier to get your heart rate up a few times a week.

Exercise more to lose weight, eat more to gain weight. Just don't stop eating lol. thats not too healthy

you can either burn them by going on bikes, skates or roller blades or get a (calorie burning drink you can buy it in argos by the way) and a tip dont go eating celery all day because you chew more calories than thats in them and if you do this for 6 months youll die
