I think it means a stuck up, prim and prissy little female.
It's the diminutive of "estirada" which has that meaning.

estirada means stiff. estiradita therefore means a little bit stiff. Which your face would be if you had a facelift.

and it could be used in a sarcastic way talking about someone (female) who has had a face lift

"estira" means to pull. "estiradita" translates to a "little pull". I.e. "empuja" means to push.."empujadita" translates to "a little push".....and so on.
