The reason I asked is because there is this man that I met a few weeks ago. He always made it a point to let me know that he is "not seeing anyone" so I would go out with him. We have been out about 3 times already. We have not had sex yet but we have kissed alot, he touches me on my *** and breasts alot(no I'm not complaining), complements me alot and he has even put my hand on his dic* when we are kissing. He is trying to get me to sleep with him but I'm not ready. So are we dating or seeing each other? I believe that he is going out with other women for sex. I'm a 35yo black woman and he is a 45yo white male, even though I think that doesn't make a difference.

I would say dating someone and seeing someone are the same thing. You can always ask him to define what "seeing someone" means to him.

I'd say you are dating each other.

Maybe your question is really: Are you an "exclusive" couple or are you both free to date others as well? It sounds like you are exclusive but he is not. This may or may not be important to you at this stage.
