Stretch marks can never be fully removed. They will fade somewhat with time, though. Cocoa butter is supposed to improve the appearance of them a bit, but there is really not much you can do. In order to lose cellulite, you must lose weight.

there are some creams that will help to reduce stretch marks. to reduce the effects of cellulite you need to reduce the body fat to well below average levels.
