Before I say anything, listen to me: THROW OUT YOUR PANTENE! That is contributing to the damage. Pantene is HORRIBLE for your hair. It contains many ingredients which dry out and kill the color of your hair. Buy a deep conditioner, you'd be surprised how much it can help. Prices vary, depending on what company you buy. Some types I would suggest are:

1) Neutrogena Triple Moisture Daily Deep Conditioner- It's not too expensive (around $6) and works pretty well. It's very moisturizing, so if you have extremely oily hair then I wouldn't suggest it.
2) Infusion- My favorite conditioner! I absolutely love it. It makes my hair so soft and shiny, and it brightens up my color. I have highlighted hair, so I buy the one for color-treated hair. However, they have different conditioners for every type hair.
3) TRESemme - Works very well also. Doesn't weigh down hair, and makes it very soft and easy to work with.
4) Loreal Vive- Not my personal favorite, but it works pretty well.

You can also buy other products such as biosilk to smoothen and protect hair, especially when heat-styling. Redken Anti-Snap is also very good for damaged hair. It is a leave-in for after you shower and it makes your hair stronger and less easy to break.

Any other questions, ask me! =)

Patene Pro-V Restoratives Time Rewenal the shampoo, conditioner, and refining mask. You might need to get a trim since your hair is damaged. You should do deep conditioning heres a homeade one that works really well.

Avocado Deep Conditioner
Ingredients:
1 small jar of mayonnaise
1/2 avocado

Directions:
Peel avocado and remove pit. Mix all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl with your hands until it's a consistent green color. Smooth into hair being careful to work it to the ends. Use shower cap or plastic wrap to seal body heat in. Leave on hair for 20 minutes. For deeper conditioning wrap a hot, damp towel around your head over the plastic, or use a hair dryer set to a low to medium heat setting.

Some good products: ApHOGEE Treatment for Damaged Hair, Paul Mitchell Hair Repair Treatment, and Frizz Ease Rebuild Restructuring Micro-Oil Therapy.

well there's this hair care kit that comes with organic shampoo and conditioner designed to make hair soft, shiny and healthy especially if you use heat tools or hair dye. It also comes with a deep conditioning hair mask and an argan oil heat protectant that works miracles for frizz. You use it after a shower, it's not oily at all and it's actually real argan oil. The kit is called Pro Naturals argan oil system or something along those lines so look it up on their website or wherever you find it.

Unless you're in a hair hostile environment, your scalp probably needs rinsing long before your hair needs shampooing.

Scrub your scalp as needed. Hit the rest of the hair only once or twice a week with anything more than just water. Shampoo only when the hair's actually dirty. Avoid over-conditioning. A teaspoon of plain vinegar in the final rinse may work as well as a fancy conditioner, or allow you to cut the conditioner use down to weekly or even monthly, to avoid build-up.

Kerastase, or cheaper, Pantene Regenerist. Use hot oil treatments in the shower before shampoo and conditioning, and get a deep conditioning treatment from the hairdresser. Trim off the split ends.

Try to move an whole month with now not flat ironing, curling, or blow-drying. If you desire nice outcome, and if you are inclined to chance it, reduce your hair all off. Not bald, however brief, like a boy. (That's the one approach I might describe it to you.) Also, you might continually put money into a authentic shampoo and conditioner. That's all I can consider of now. Hope I helped!
