In truth, a non-believer is the "natural man" (or woman) so there is no prescribed behavioral patterns. It runs the gamut.

Christians have prescribed behaviors that, if followed, would show their love of Christ by loving their fellow humans, whether saved or unsaved. Because of their care for others, the would develop a giving caring spirit about them.

"They will know us by our love." is the mark of a Christian following the ways we are supposed to behave.

We are all sinners and there are no behavior requirements. If you reversed that question, it would be much, much easier to answer. i.e. How are believers supposed to act? What are the behavioral requirements for believers?

Just because someone is not a Christian does not mean that they are terrible, horrible people. Many have good qualities and from my personal experience, many are moral individuals. The difference is in what they have or do not have in their heart. A guiding spirit....peace....confident assurance.....help when needed etc.

Non-believers can act anyway they want, though I like it when they use some decency and respect for others, and most of them do....Sinners, on the other hand, really are not non-believers...Christians are sinners. Most of us know how we should behave but that does not mean we do...which is why we are sinners.

Sinners aren't sinners because the DO bad things. They are sinners because they have an unregenerate sin nature. That's different. Christians do bad things too. The difference is that they have accepted Christ's sacrifice FOR their sin nature. They are regenerated by God. They are saved from an already condemned (Gen 3) world. (John 3;16-18)

Everyone is a sinner. The only one with out sin is the lord jesus christ. He paid the ransom for our sins. The fact that you are trying to some how defferentiate between belivers and non-beleivers kind of worries me. It is not a cut and dry thing to do only god knows the heart of a person. If you truly want an answer read th bible.

With contempt for Christians....smile...as seen constantly on here!
Yet the problem is they don't have The True Living God, His Word And The Holy Spirit living within them,
So they have no real boundries or ethics, so they behave however they please.
Whether thier pendulum swings toward the good way of living or the evil or just keeps swinging either way as the mood takes them.

We are all sinners. Even after 22 years as a Christian, I still get caught. I just thank God for Jesus rappin' my knuckles every so often.

Just because someone's a non-believer doesn't necessarily make that person a sinner.

you have forgotten - we are ALL sinners! (according to christian beliefs, not mine)

the only difference between us and them is that they get to go to heaven after sinning and we don't
