yes and it's quite simple - salsa chicken..
chicken breast, boneless, cut in cubes
minute rice
shredded cheese
Old El paso Salsa - I prefer medium
rice down first, then chicken, salsa next, then topped with cheese..
bake it
make sure the chicken gets cooked, internal temp should reach 180
and eat and enjoy!!!

Great question!
My answer is absolutely. I love going to restaurants, but I know that it's only the things that I make that will meet the checkmarks I consider delicious in my head.
My ultimate favorite dishes are beef stroganoff, pasta, pasta salad, raspberry trifle and mac n cheese. This sounds weird, but I didn't like steak until I tried a certain recipe for the marinade - now I can't get enough of it! And top ramen... I spice that baby to my very own liking and crave it about 3 times a week minimum :)
I find that people who cook a lot tend to say "it needs more X" when they taste a dish at a restaurant. With this in mind, I think most cooks will also say that yes, their favorite meal is something they make themselves too!

Actually, this depends on what kind of a mood I'm in and what I'm particularly hungry for. For example, my favorite Italian restaurant, Mama Suzanna's, makes a minestrone that I crave
at least once a week or so. My favorite Greek restaurant, Greek Village Inn, makes a lemon soup that I eat every Sunday after church, and my favorite Thai restaurant makes a Tom Yum soup that I have to have at least one time per month. If I'm in the mood for French, then I haul it down to my favorite European Deli and buy pate with truffles, french double cream brie with mushrooms, sliced french ham, cornichons, and a fresh baguette. Stay at home best meals include meatloaf and mashed potatoes, porkchops and onions over mac and cheese, tamale pie, and spinach salad.

I make absolutely everything homemade, right down to my toothpaste. Too much weird stuff is aproved for use in food, like crushed beatles in red food color (carmine-google it) and crazy chemicals and preservatives. Cooking is fun and very easy to learn. I havent met a recipe I couldnt tackle yet, and doubt I ever will. I love to just throw stuff in a pot until it looks and tastes good-be creative
