Drinking tea before you go to bed does not make you put on weight, but if you eat a whole pack of biscuits with your cup of tea these would be the culprit !
If you have worked out that it's only 34 calories then there is no need to worry because your body will burn these off during your nights kip

I don't think it wil effect you because you can walk off the calories in a few minutes or less. Hay, did you know that if you chew sugarfree gum you chop off calories that way too? If you're worried about looseing weight then I would suggest doing sit ups or running/jogging. I've tried each, though the sit ups are starting not to work... I have some stomach fat just like you. I'd suggest thirty sit ups each day and when you see results and think your ready, move onto fifty a day. I really hope I helped you.
PS: If you chew gum for an hour you loose eleven calories or a tad more. :- )

It's not the tea, it's the half-pack of Oreos.
34 calories? You burn that walking down the hall to the bedroom.

That's is all I drink I drink Iced tea during the day and a cup of hot tea before bed, I really never worried about gaining any wt. because I don't use any kind of milk in it and I use splenda not sugar,if you drink iced tea I am sure you don't use any milk so why do you use it in hot tea? think about it, milk interferes with the taste of the tea.

Well, not being a Doctor I wouldn't worry about 34 calories.
You can burn that off just by lifting the cup to your mouth
