Plasma is not an energy source. It's a state of matter consisting of electrons and ions like in a neon light. You need to spend energy to make a plasma.

Plasma can't be used for energy. The best we have is uranium 235 to power our cities. They are working on fusion reactors, but the power input is more than the output.
