Just eat as much as possible. If you are trying to bulk up eat between 3 and 4 thousand calories a day. Also try and consume around 1 gram of protein per body weight. There are only a handful of supplements proven to effictively work. So just eat alot, eat healthy, and work out really hard

with out a sufficient intake of calories and nutrients from whole foods nutritional supplements geared towards bodybuilding are of little value.

in terms of bodybuilding the overall diet is about 70& of the equation with supplementation about 10% and training 20%
