Babies should not be feeding their mothers when they are two years old. It is never good to arrest a baby, even if they are a mother feeder. This is irresponsible behavior on the part of the mother, and perhaps she should be arrested for good!

Stop a baby from breastfeeding at two years? Well, if that was your question, that all depends on the mother and baby. While two years is a bit old for breastfeeding, I've known moms who fed longer, but, it's kinda frowned upon.
If this is not what you were asking, stop, get an interpreter and ask again.

Are you talking about arrest for breastfeeding a two year old?
If so, I belive it's up to the mother as far as how long she and her baby want to breastfeed.
Personally, I weaned mine by the time they turned one, but it certainly shouldn't be a problem for a woman to breastfeed a two year old.
In many other countries, women breastfeed their kids until they're five if they want. I think it's sick, but different cultures are not my call.
I hope I got what you were trying to ask here. I honestly didn't understand the question - just doing my best.

Huh??? Wow, you really have to clarify yourself. If your asking if it's ok to breastfeed for two years i would say that's a little wierd. I'm sure it's ok nutritionally, and in many 3rd world countries, it may be the only way to provide nourishment to your child, but if you are not,You have to get the kid eat normal food.
