No, not in the way most people mean. I believe in reincarnation. As part of that I believe that when we pass from this plane of existence we are born into the Spiritual plane, where we are basically stripped of our "personalities", our prejudices, judgments etc. We become pure and can look upon our previous lives without judgment and WE decide what it is that we need to learn during our next life on the physical plane. (I know some of you will think I'm nuts, but then, I don't care).
We choose the best circumstances to be born into in order to learn the lessons we need to learn. However, after birth onto the physical plane, all bets are off, we don't know why we chose a particular life situation. But our goal should always be to learn as much as we can and be as good a person as we can be. It can be hard as our chosen life's circumstances may put us in some pretty harsh situations. But I believe we just have to do the best we can with our own free will (yes I believe in free will) and I also believe that human freedom is the ability to carry out decisions based on knowledge, experiences and the material conditions of our lives. I also believe that some kind of Spirituality plays an important part in how we develop as human beings. Just my thoughts.

No I do not believe that anything is pre-destined and certainly not by any God, human`s are naturally creative and therefore everything evolves in accordance with what is invented.
Religion is the thing that deny`s free will in the human race, for example, Jewish people not being allowed to eat pork, Muslim`s not having the freedom of choice about cutting their hair, or eating beef, or women showing certain part`s of their skin, in other word`s freewill is only permitted if your religion agree`s with it.

1) No i dont, but i wont be able to prove that
2) No i dont deny the creative role of the human individual, why would a God give us creativity if he did not intend for us to use it
3) Do i? No i do not, again, a God doesnt give us reasoning and high levels of thinking to just follow a storyline where all our decisions are already made

The answer to this could be:
God already pre-destined each and every life for he knew us from our mothers womb every part of it scenario fortune or shame its all there
the one thing he did thou is give us the chance to decide to go left or right or stay on the central path
lets say you go left and die he knew that would happen and gave you will to decide for your self
you went right he knew that you would have become rich and been happy in life
central path he knows that if you would have gone that way you would have gotten enough to live happy
it says in the bible that those that guard HIS commands he would guard them as in give us a heads up that danger is to the left
so we do have free will the human does have a creative role in their destiny by facts and reasoning and faith but he already knows what we don't

1.I do not believe in the pre-destination because we have a free will. If it is pre-destined, then it needs to still honor the free will. I think that God knows our choices though.
2. No
3. No. I believe in it.
4. Yes. It comes with responsibilities though. And with consequences.

Not predetermined but foreknown No, without free will there is no creative role for the human being No, nothing makes sense without free will and God could not be good or all-loving without making rational creatures with free will, even if volition is conditioned by many factors fince the Fall There is much more to human freedom than knowledge and the material conditions of life. Many people rise above physical or genetic or upbringing or educational or social disabilities.

God:::Everything that is, has been created out of him, without him being depleated in the slightest
Human::: Contains a living soul (spark) that resides within inert matter to enliven it.
The human soul is a small measure of Gods energy. The soul is qualitatively equal to God, but quantitatively inferior. The soul uses the mind as a driver uses a car. The driver is limited by the ability of the car. Now God made the car and the driver. Yet the driver chose to forget the will of his creator and serve himself.
In his mercy, God gave the driver the car. In the car, the driver may go in which ever direction he so wishes. Yet in order to teach the driver, God devised unbreakbable rules underlying the fabric of the material world. Rules such as physical laws, and rules such as those that govern cause and effect. In this way, the driver's would have to comprimise on what they wished for in order to all drive upon the same roads. Thence there were many drivers, whom all wanted control of the road. Some chased control by learning great knowledge. Others sought advantage by increasing their possesions, or by taking an attitude of easy come easy go. Yet all the drivers felt that no matter how much work they did, they got no satisfaction from driving by their own desires.
Those drivers whom suffered the most were called the meek. The meek were unable to compete with the strong, and so they were the first to give themselves to serve the will of their creator. As the meek died, the strong competed amongst themselves until frustration consumed them, and their cars rusted through.
If the driver was still wishing to follow his own limited perspective, God still had mercy. God gave the driver a new car suitable for the needs of the driver. The driver's whom refused to follow Gods superior perspective and will, continually move from car to car.
The car has certain needs which must be sustained. The driver, thinking that the car is himself, wishes to serve the needs of the car. The driver wishes to improve his engine, or change his oil brand. The driver wishes to improve his paint job, and change the wheel trim. All of the drivers desires result from the needs of the car. In this respect, all actions of the driver are predictable for God.
In each living being exists matter, the soul (which animates the matter and controls it), and a third component. The third component is known as the supersoul. The super soul acts (amongst other things) as an in built CCTV monitoring system to record the actions of every soul, relaying them to God.
As God knows the thoughts of the driver, he is able to predict all outcomes that are possible for each and every driver. Whilst the driver has free will within the confines of the prison (which is the car), each and every individual drivers situation is known by God, and hence God knows the future before it has happened.
Whilst you might argue that you could do anything you want to do, one has to admit that one is restricted by the physical laws of the world, and the social laws of society resulting from the inherent mix of individuals.
To attempt to break those laws will result in reactions from the system. Human decision is based upon information which the individual inputs. Human perception is limited by the capacity of the brain, and the limited amount of information availible to it.
This is why human free will results in imperfect decision making. The creativity within the human is limited only by the imagination of the individual. The ability to express that creativity is limited by one's brain.
All things are predestined, as all probabilities can be calculated. The free will bit is the human individuals right to chose which path it wishes to travel down in any given circumstance. Travelling down one particular route preditermines your next course of choices.

1)No
2)Don't quite understand the question, but here is my take on it. We all are born with genetic combinations in our personality from both our parents. Just like some people get better genes for looks, others get better genes for personality and creativity.
3)This ties in with the last question, it is our genes and upbringing that make us who we are. I don't think anyone who parrots 'free-will' actually even knows what they are parroting.
4)Yes, a person who grew up in an abusive drug addicting household doesn't exactly have the same free will to not choose drugs as a person in a warm family oriented one does he/she?
