Your conscience will answer that for you. It should be obvious
to anyone who can think intelligently that a Pure and Holy God
would hardly find any humor in dirty jokes, and then there's the
verses in Matthew 12:36 and 37 - "But I say unto you that every
idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof
in the day of judgment, For by the words thou shalt be justified
and by thy words thou shalt be condemned."
The Bible makes it clear that from inward where the heart is our mouth speaks. If the heart is evil, evil will come out and if the heart is pure and holy, good and profitable things shall come out. On the day of judgment words that condemn will have come from an unrepentant heart that never received the gift of salvation offered freely through Christ. Dirty words fall into this category.

So a deist and a pantheist walk into a bar...
...But seriously; I haven't met any deities personally in a state that wasn't filtered through my flawed human perceptions, so I can't answer with complete empirical truth, only with personal faith. So I'd have to say that as long as the dirty jokes don't violate any precepts of 'Absolute Truth/Rightness' that a deity-figure would thus impose upon reality? They'd be fine.
Or perhaps dirty jokes don't have to do so much with the workings of a god, but just with us working with one another.

Dirty jokes are ever utmost beloved creatures of God, just like all other creatures of God of all other types, and so they are endowed of a facetious life of their own.
Dirty jokes ever deserve utmost respect. If you have no respect for dirty jokes you will not be allowed to enter the huge Gate of yonder Paradise the day you die. You will not be allowed unto the utmost blessed glowing dazzling nearness of God's presence.
Then you will be sad, utmost sad, your eyes filled with pelting endless tears, and so the nasty ever grinning helpers of ferocious Satan will firmly fetch you and so hurl you down into ever scorching Hell's fire because you in your terrestrial life did not want to enjoy dirty jokes.
Good luck unto you!

Here's what it says...what do you think?
3 But fornication and all impurity or covetousness must not even be named among you, as is fitting among saints. 4 Let there be no filthiness, nor silly talk, nor levity, which are not fitting; but instead let there be thanksgiving. 5 Be sure of this, that no fornicator or impure man, or one who is covetous (that is, an idolater), has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. 6 Let no one deceive you with empty words, for it is because of these things that the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience. 7 Therefore do not associate with them, 8 for once you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord; walk as children of light 9 (for the fruit of light is found in all that is good and right and true), 10 and try to learn what is pleasing to the Lord. 11 Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them. 12 For it is a shame even to speak of the things that they do in secret; 13 but when anything is exposed by the light it becomes visible, for anything that becomes visible is light. 14 Therefore it is said, "Awake, O sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give you light." 15 Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise men but as wise, 16 making the most of the time, because the days are evil. 17 Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is. 18 And do not get drunk with wine, for that is debauchery; but be filled with the Spirit, 19 addressing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody to the Lord with all your heart, 20 always and for everything giving thanks in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to God the Father.

Good question. We should remember that God is very clean and holy and he expects his worshipers to remain clean—spiritually, morally, mentally, and physically. (1 Peter 1:16) It takes real effort to stay clean in God's eyes since we live in an unclean and immoral world. God wants his worshipers to behave as true Christians at all times (1 Peter 2:12) therefore we should avoid sexually explicit jokes as well as immoral behavior and other unclean practices of this world.—1 Corinthians 6:9-11.

I don't imagine that he has a stance-- I don't see him having to defend anything, since he's already the judge of everything, good and bad....
But I know one thing: He's not surprised!

There are no dirty jokes!
There are only dirty minds!
I 'd like to believe that God adores whatever makes people laugh. And whatever refers to human reproduction which is his main campaign.

How dirty?
Here is one.....
A man goes to his doctor and says his p*cker has been burning. Doc says "Don't worry about that, it just means someone is talking about it".
Now that one is a decent dirty joke.
