You care too much what others think. They can only affect you if you consent. Don't be a wimp, just say NO. Then stick by your word. If they don't understand your feelings, you shouldn't care about theirs.

If you don't feel like ministering, trust me, you will feel horrible afterward. Tell them why you don't want to. Your relationship with God goes before your ministry and/or job. As a matter of fact, ministry/job is number four on the list.
If you are old enough, and have your parents permission (yes, even if you are over 18 because unless you are married they are still your authority), you could go to a different church and start fresh. But that is not always the best option.

You need to talk to your minister, your family or anyone at your church you feel close to. No-one should force you to do anything and you mustn't feel guilty for being at the end of your rope.
No faith should make you feel unhappy. No church should make you feel this sad. Also, if you feel really low then please seek professional help from a doctor.
Feel free to e-mail me if you want to talk. Sometimes teh anonymity of teh internet can make it easier to open up about something that is troubliing you.
Here's a quote I love about being at the end of your rope. It's long but bear with me. It;s good!
“Being at the end of your rope is a great place to be. Don’t you apologise for being upset right now; for being wiped out. For being frustrated, for being at the place where you’re going “I’m not sure if I’m a Christian or not”, “I’m not sure if I believe in God or not”, “I’m not sure if this is a bunch of crap or not”, “I’m not sure if I believe this stuff or not” – woo hoo! I’m glad you’re there. I’m so tired of people who go “I just love Jesus, I just love God, I don’t know why, but I guess it’s the way I should be” Oh please, I want someone going “I’ve tried you, God, I’ve reached out to you, God. I’ve done everything I know how to do, God, and I’m not sure this is working out. This doesn’t make sense to me. How can you give all these people Cadillacs on television and yet you can’t feed half the people in the world. How come you cured that person of a back ache and you can’t cure my dad form cancer? Come on, God. Show up! I’ve just about had it with you!” You know I think God is in heaven going “man, I like you. Man, I love you. You can get mad; you still got some life in you. You still have some passion in you. You know how to get angry. I like you” He doesn’t answer but he likes you! It’s good to question, to wonder. Look at John the Baptist, he was in prison. He’d done all he could do and he sent a message to Jesus saying, “Hey I’m in prison and I’m kind of wondering if you are in fact the messiah”. Jesus sent a message back that said “The blind see, the lame walk, the lepers get new skin”. Okay, so imagine you are John the Baptist and you are waiting for Jesus to save you. You get this message. Well, I know what I’d be doing! “Okay, so the blind see, the lame walk, the lepers get new skin…. And…. And what? The people in prison….?” But there’s nothing, That’s it. Nothing else on the message. Now I reckon he went “Well, I’m so happy for the freakin’ blind people, but I’m in prison here”. Now, I don’t know why God doesn’t answer. If I did I’d be a millionaire. I don’t know what the deal is. But I do know we are missing the entire point. Whether you get out of prison on whether you don’t, God is still God and it matters. And somehow it makes a difference. "

There is there for now no condemnation to them that are in Christ. You have to give this problem (hindrance) to Him. It may not be sinful but it is a fleshly desire cause you don't wanna let it go.
Your life statement should be not my will but thine be done in me.
the bible also tells us that let everything that we do be as unto to the Lord.
*Preaching, giving an offering, and other things of that nature must be done joyfully. If you are not ready to do it ask God for preparation.
Even at our best, we are still as filthy rags.
*You're never so dirty that he can't use you. but if you knowingly have sin in your life, you needto deal with it so that God can use you.
DON'T LET FEAR STOP You EITHER,
Phil. 4:13 You can do all things through Christ who empowers YOU!!!!

I would tell them exactly what you just said, that "don't feel I am ready to minister to anyone right now about anything"
And hold firm - you alone know yourself and what you can or cannot do about ministering.
Peace to you.

Unless you have a serious criminal background or are a heavy substance abuser, I suggest you find a new job and move away from your overbearing relatives. You can call or email whenever you wish to talk with them, and they will be forced to mind their own business.

I am not a good person to pressure... Do what you believe or if you need more time take as much as you need
Tell them to step back they are not helping the situation only hurting it as well as alienating you.

that sounds reasonable... just tell your family and parish this... they should understand...
and if you dont feel like doing this.. then dont do it. dont let anyone push you into doing something you dont want to do.
stand up for yourself and do it when you ARE ready.

Just be honest and tell them how you feel.
You don't have to go into details.
No one can make you do something you truly don't want to do.
