i wanna buy the software to upgrade, does it make a difference if i have a 64bit or 32bit when i choose the right disc to buy? I wanna get the premium upgrade, any idea of the cheapest place to buy?

If you must upgrade the 32 bit version would be more practical as there is not many 64 bit software on the market. What is the use of a powereful OS with no software to run on.

Sam's club probably has the cheapest price (by a few dollars) on Windows Vista Ultimate.

well in truth you should not upgrade because of all problems it has but if you realy want to and have time to deal with it. i guess cheest would be the direct download upgrade from microsoft.
