If is a big word here as you don't really seem to
know who you are as you used the word if, so all
I can say is , IF I was the landlord and you did not
pay the rent I don't care who you were I would not
call the cops I would give you the warning due you,
give you the time to catch up and if you did not
then I would cut the electricty, water, and then if
you still would not pay rent then it's time to get
get on with PHASE 2.

Don't be a paranoid.
It's your obligation to pay the rent since you are just renting..
It doesn't mean she's being a racist just because she's calling a cop in order for you to pay.
Best move: Pay the rent.

If anyone stops paying rent, calling the police isn't the thing to do, they can't help you. The landlord proceeds through the court to have you evicted and the color of your skin won't have anything to do with it. If your black and the landlord isn't I'd say he or she is not racist or they would never have rented to you in the beginning.

If you decide to stop paying rent, which is your obligation, your landlady can decide to call the cops, the firemen, the clowns, whomever she thinks will protect her right to get the rent for her property.
No matter whether you are black, blue, white or purple-dot.

Just because you are black doesn't mean anything someone says or does that is negative toward you is because you are black. It's really annoying when black people do something wrong and when they get punished for it then the person punishing them is called racist. It's just ridiculous. If you want to be treated like everyone else then you have to follow the same rules as everybody else.

Thats not the least bit racist! When you rented the apartment you agreed to pay the monthly fee. So if decide to stop you can get your butt evicted. It works the same way in public housing.

Because you are breaking a law. Not paying your rent gives your landlord the right to throw you out of the building. When they throw you out depends on the local laws of you community or state.
