A little is good, a lot is bad, putting it on while driving is REALLY BAD!!!! It always makes me think of a prostitute who didn't have time to put the makeup on while with her "John", so it had to be done while driving, risking the death of other people walking and driving.
IT'S NOT SAFE!!!!!!!!!!!

It depends on how much they wear. My girlfriend looks great without makeup, but she really looks great when she just does her eyes lightly. I once dated a girl who had so much lipstick on that I didn't want to kiss her. It would have been like sticking my mouth in mud.
Moderation is the key. Most girls can get away with very little, they just don't know it.

Depends on how much makeup. A little eyeliner and lip gloss is cool. But makeup makeup the stuff you put on your cheeks can be overdone.

Some guys dont like make-up on women because women often dont know how to were it or they use to much. Most men like a very natural look. The best way to do that is to inhance your features with natural, earthy colors like browns, olives and yellows. Avoid dark heavy colors like reds, blues and black.

if you dont over do the make up you could look real good but some girls over do the makeup and look like clowns, however i personaly think girls look much better without makeup (thats my personal opinion).

From what I hear, natural looking make-up is good for them but most think the girl they are into looks fine without make-up as well. Too much caked on make-up on a girl is a turn-off.

Well what I thing about that is that if we the girls wear makeup they would thing that you have teast in what they are looking for. If you wear a whole lot of it well you would look like a hore in front of his mother. But he will think that you are so beautiful to him. Guys really like when girls wear makeup.

Make up is an art form. The vast majority of women out there look borderline Kabuki.
If you use it, get help from someone that doesn't look like she wears make up. It will help a ton.
If you look like you wear make up, you look ugly.
