According to Revelation Chapter 17, verse 5, the mother of all harlot is the reputable Babylon,mother of the harlots and sinners on earth.

It says - In her forehead was written a name, a mysterious one "Great Babylonian,mother of all harlots" and suspicious characters on earth.

v10, 11 - I've heard this is even in Catholic prophecy concerning the popes.

Don't forget the term "Mother of Harlots" means she has children - her daughters are the apostate churches that follow her ways. In particular the keeping of the 1st day Sabbath (which the Catholic church avows rightly that they instituted) instead of the 7th day which was proclaimed eternal when it was written in stone by God's finger.
