Your 14 dont worry to much about it yet, you are still developing. Light weight lots of reps a good drill is to bring a timer to the gym, do a set for one minute rest for 30 seconds and do 3 sets.

You can do pushups but butterfly curls are much better with dumbells for this. Use a higher weight for increasing the size or a lower one to increase the accentuation (lines).

Butterflies with as much weight as you can handle(with dumb bells)....try doing 3 sets of 20 reps
