The factory provision is for a 5" speaker with a basket shape that is not found in the after-market. Installation of common speaker sizes (3.5", 4", 5") requires fabrication of a mounting adapter.

Probably the easiest size to fit with the minimum of adaptation would be a 4" speaker.

I have a 1988 Beretta, I looked up the size of the dash speakers before and it said they were 4 inch.
