My son is a month old today. I was wondering if there are any good diet and exercise routines that will help me lose weight, get rid of some flabby skin and tone my body.
Before pregnancy i was 5'6 120pounds. I ate healthy and stayed active but still gained TONS of weight up to 180pounds i now weigh 162.

Once you get the ok from your doctor to exercise start as soon as you can or feel up to it. On nice days get out and walk! I found that was one of the easiest things I did for myself to re-energize from lack of sleep and to start losing that weight. The baby will benefit from the outside air also. Sit-ups, etc. can be done at home. Your diet will depending on whether or not you are breast feeding, but you can control that through eating healthy and regularly to keep up your energy and metabolism. I also found Weight Watchers point system a huge help! Good luck and congratulations on your new son!

That is exactly how much I weighed before and after I had my two daughters. First get the okay from your doctor to start working out. Go to http://www.fitnessmagazine.com and go to the videos section. There are lots of videos, and there is one video in there that I think is called "Lose the Baby Weight" I've been using this video and a few others to work out to and have really seen a difference. I was 165 lbs after have my second daughter and I have already lost 15 lbs in the last two months. Just eat right, drink lots of water, I cut out the soda and drink lots of water and green tea, get a good nights sleep, and exercise everyday, but take a break in between if you need to. Hope this helped.

Good luck and congrats on your new bundle of joy!!!!
