Height doesn't happen over night. So I can help you there. But for sure, keep eating and working out. Do sit ups, crunches, or just run around.
I also know I little trick to flatten and strengthen your stomach, all you have to do is repeatedly clench the mucsles in your stomach. This also works on the bottom side. Don't practice on your check though, for a female, because you will loose size. (Not that I'm saying thats a problem. I just don't want girls who prize their breasts to use them, using my methods.)

One key is to not decide you need to drop vast amounts of weight one week before a function or event.

To lose weight you need to burn more calories than you consume. Eat a healthy, balanced diet of around 1300 - 1500 calories a day, and exercise an hour a day 5 days a week and you should see results quickly but they won't be drastic.

Losing more than 4 lbs per week max is not recommended because more than that significantly increases the chances you'll gain it back (and more) because it's being lost too fast and probably not with healthy methods.

As for your height...sorry...you're the height you are. If you are over 18 it's unlikely you'll get much, if any, more height...if you are younger than that then you may still have some growth left, but there's no way to speed that up. Eating well (healthy) will help you reach your max potential though, by giving the body what it needs.

Good luck! ☺

K, I'm going to tell you what you NEED to hear, not what you want to hear. You have 1 week to lose 13 pounds..NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! You'd be lucky to lose 5 pounds (2.27kg) in a week, and that would just be water weight. If you're that desperate, here's a plan...

workout for 30 minutes a day (a HARD workout, like running)
have only vegetables for a meal once a day
limit your portions drastically (3 small portions, NO snacking)
DRINK TONS OF WATER!!!

Even with doing all those, it's not guaranteed you're going to lose even the 5 pounds. As for you height, there's NOTHING you can do about that. Heels really are the only thing.

Height is pretty much genetics although not eating right can stop you from reaching your potential height. Weight around the belly is hard but typically easier than thighs on women. You need to burn more calories than taken in to lose weight. The belly is one of last places to go. You lose everywhere else first (including boobs.)

you can lose a few pounds by then, but not get any taller. height is inherited and there's nothing you can do to grow taller. just wear shoes with more heel. eat a well balanced diet, drink lots of water, and exercise at least 30 minutes each day.
