Truly, when you think about it, all the things that God has done, and we who cannot fathom His ways, must remember that His ways are HIGHER than our ways, and HIS thoughts are above our thoughts! (Isaiah 55)
So when you do not understand something to make sense to you, you must remember HE IS GOD! Of course our small minds cannot comprehend---but we do know HE is God and He alone is worthy! He is amazing! Don't you agree?
This is a question, because I asked "Dont you agree?" : )

I definitely agree. It is not by man's wisdom that he knows God but by God's revelation.

If God were good he wouldn't allow child abuse or pediatric suffering due to disease. If he did exist he would not hide his reasons for such atrosities. Why answer some prayers and not others. It is too simple to say " he has a plan we do not understand" and yet you understand can put a reason on why everything good is happening such as " my child is alive because I prayed or I go to church or I believe in a God. What about thos who don't but still believe. God has a plan but what is it. You are blinded by a book of fables and God, if he existed is afraid to share the whole story. I know, you just fall back on the "you gotta have faith" argument. God has a don't ask don't tell policy also.

Sounds made up. Why are you taking the words of someone who almost 2000 years ago as truth? You attribute the universe to something that you cannot even prove exists. Faith is the denial of knowledge. You are "small" minded, because you accept things on faith. You refuse to look for answer and instead attribute them to some magical knower. For no reason other then you don't know. Many things have changed in the years since people made those claims.

Sometimes we do not understand something deep because we were not taught by a righteous preacher. Understanding of the mysteries of God is God-given.

Mar 4:11 And he said unto them, Unto you is given the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all things are done in parables:

Sometimes, false preachers make an excuse when they cannot explain a deep thing of God by saying, "It is God's mystery", while in the bible, God permitted some of these mysteries to be revealed.

So if you cannot understand something, try to seek for the answer first. Try to ask and test preachers. If no one can answer, then say that thing that you want to say,"He is God"

No, i don't agree, because i honestly think that God is a figment of your imagination.

And quit playing with semantics. Tagging a sermon with a token question doesn't make it any less a sermon.

"So when you do not understand something to make sense to you, you must remember HE IS GOD."

That's horrible! That's a horrible thing to say! So when you can't explain something, you just say god did it? Human beings got to where we are today by questioning everything!

The gullibility of Christians is amazing. The fervour and zeal they can generate over an imaginary deity is sinister.
